I've frequented this restaurant on quite a few occasions and the service has been consistently good. I must say I love the Bourbon BBQ traditional wings and their sweet potato fries with the dipping sauce are fantastic. The female bartender is friendly and continues to make great long islands every time I go. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered from Uber Eats while visiting from out of town. The menu sounded pretty good for a sports bar. When my order arrived it looked pretty good. The gator bites were the worst gator bites I have ever had. The breading was falling off of them and they were just not good. The salad with grilled chicken would have been great but I couldn't eat it. It was diced very small and so over cooked some pieces were brown. I think it was one of those frozen fajita chicken skillet meals you can get at any grocery store. It was disgusting. And the croutons were stale. There was no much of it that I can't even pull it out. The only decent thing was the ranch. It was good. I just spent $33.00 on this order and it was horrible.

Bad review because of unnecessary man handling and general handling of a situation by the "bouncers" very pathetic male staff who may need to be retrained or replaced

Been there many times and can't complain but I also can't rave about it. I went there with two friends last Sunday. The new bar tender had never made a margarita and asked if she had it right. It was so so. When we ordered gin and tonic they were out of tonic. Bartenders and wait staff are constantly turning over. On Fridays and saturdays it's fairly crowded. The live music on the deck tends to country rock or contemp rock. It's hit and miss with the bands usually and there's no place to sit. You basically serve yourself. Food it also so so. They won't win any awards.

Being New Year's eve we showed up fairly early. all tables were taken or had reserve signs. We have called two other times on holidays for reservations and were told they didn't take reservations. So like tonight why were they suddenly taking reservations? we ended up having to sit outside in the drizzle because they didn't serve food in the other building they were using. On other occasions I have asked whether they were going to have the band inside, for instance when it was 110, or raining outside. They always ended up having the band outside on the deck where there was no seating so we could eat and enjoy our dinner while listening to the music. Now let's talk about service. Unless you get Myranda as your waitress the service sucks. We have walked in and not been acknowledged for 15 to 30 minutes and walked out. Our food has been mediocre at best on most occasions. If there was any other place in new Bern that had live music we would definitely go there instead. You never get the same answer to the same question from anyone. PS. Tonight we got here at 7:30 and have been told that both of the items my husband has asked for dinner thewere out of already. Are you getting the drift!!!
